We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth through field sales. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, lead generation, promoting financial products, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through field sales and market visits.
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Promote banking, financial and insurance products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
- BFSI, Banking, Insurance or Finance experience preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be comfortable with field sales.
- Local candidates preferred.
Compensation
Up to ₹5.70 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits.
