Nineteen Solutions is a web design, development, SEO, local-growth and business automation agency in Sambalpur, Odisha. We help businesses get business solutions as per requirements that works, show up on Google and get more customers. We are looking for 2 Sales Associates to talk to business owners and help them find the right service.

What you will do:

Call and WhatsApp people who have shown interest in our services.

Explain our services and starting prices in simple words.

Understand the customer's problem and suggest the right next step.

Pass interested customers to the founder for the final quote.

Update the work portal every day with your leads and follow-ups.

Who we are looking for:

0 to 2 years of experience in sales, calling or customer handling.





Fluent in Odia and Hindi, both spoken and written.

Comfortable talking to shop owners and small business owners.

Honest, polite and positive at following up.

Able to work from home with a phone and internet connection.

Working days and hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Pay:

First 45 days (probation): Rs 6,000 per month.

After probation: Rs 9,000 to Rs 15,000 per month, based on performance.
