Sunglass Bae is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and fashion-forward Sales Executive to join our team in Maldives. If you are passionate about retail, eyewear fashion, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to have you on our team!

You will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect pair of sunglasses to match their style while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Excellence: Actively engage with customers, understand their preferences, provide styling advice, and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Customer Service: Deliver a premium, friendly, and welcoming shopping experience to every customer.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on eyewear trends and provide information about product features, UV protection, frame styles, and brands.
- Store Operations: Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and attractive product displays.
- Transaction Management: Handle billing, POS operations, and inventory management efficiently.

Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree (mandatory).
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in retail sales. Freshers with a passion for fashion and sales are welcome.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English. Malayalam and Hindi are an added advantage.
- Skills: Positive attitude, customer-handling skills, willingness to learn, and a passion for fashion and eyewear.
