Interius Performance is a manufacturer of premium fitness and sports equipment, specializing in CrossFit rigs, MMA cages, boxing rings and strength training equipment.

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling and other sales channels.
- Identify and acquire new clients, including gyms, fitness centres and sports academies.
- Conduct client meetings and in office visits.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare quotations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with clients for payments and order execution.
- Monitor product quality before dispatch and installation.




- Build long-term client relationships.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and field sales.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month (Negotiable) + Sales Incentives Working Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM
