: Sales Executive (Fresher)

Position Summary

Growmore Immigration is looking for a motivated fresher to join our sales team as a Sales Executive. The main role is to support the sales team with the agreement process: collecting the details needed to prepare client agreements, sending the agreements to clients and following up until they are signed and returned. In spare time, the executive will also call new leads and book consultations for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Chase clients and the sales team for the details and documents required to prepare agreements.
- Share the collected details with the team member preparing the agreement and make sure nothing is missing.
- Send prepared agreements to clients by email or WhatsApp with clear, polite instructions.
- Follow up with clients by phone, email and message until the agreement is signed and returned.
- Keep the agreement tracker up to date, showing the status of every client (details pending, agreement sent, follow-up done, signed).
- Report pending and delayed agreements to the Sales Manager every day.

Secondary Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to current leads, introduce Growmore Immigration and understand the lead's requirement.




- Book consultations with interested leads and share the booking details with the consulting team.
- Record the outcome of every call in the lead sheet or CRM.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream.
- Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory), with a clear and confident phone manner.
- Good follow-up discipline: polite, persistent and professional with clients.
- Strong attention to detail when handling client information and documents.
- Basic computer skills, including email, Excel or Google Sheets and WhatsApp Web.
- Well organised, able to manage multiple follow-ups and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and to take feedback.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

- Interest in immigration or Australian visa services.
- Internship or part time experience in customer service, sales or telecalling.

How Performance Will Be Measured

- Time taken to send an agreement after details are received.
- Follow-ups completed on time and tracker kept current.
- Number of agreements signed and returned.
- Number of consultations booked from calls to new leads.
