About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executives to sell luxury resort stays, spa packages, wellness retreats, dining experiences, and vacation packages for Amrit Ocean Resort, a premium wellness resort located in Florida, USA.

This is a phone-based sales role where you will engage directly with US customers, build relationships, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads from web inquiries, abandoned bookings, event inquiries, past guests, and outbound sourcing.
- Make outbound and cold calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound reservations and customer inquiries.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Sell luxury resort stays, wellness packages, retreats, dining experiences, and related offerings.
- Upsell room upgrades, extended stays, and additional services.




- Maintain accurate customer and booking information in CRM systems.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Recruitment, Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, Travel, Telecom, E-commerce, or related domains.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with US customers over calls.
- Robust persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
- Willingness to work US shift hours and rotational weekends.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in US/UK International Sales.
- Hospitality, travel, wellness, luxury, or high-ticket sales experience.
- CRM knowledge.
- Recruitment or headhunting experience.
