Designation: Route Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Visit assigned shops, supermarkets and retail outlets.
- Take orders and promote company products.
- Develop current customers and expand the sales network.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on pending orders and payments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor market demand and competitor products.
- Submit daily sales and route visit reports.
- Coordinate with the office regarding stock availability and deliveries.

Requirements

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in FMCG sales / food product sales preferred.
- Ability to travel within assigned routes.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- valid driving licence preferred.
- Responsible and target-oriented.

Salary Package: ₹13,000–₹16,000 + Travel Allowance + Sales Incentives (based on experience).

Work Type: Field-based / Full-time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
