Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential customers through calls and explain gemstone offerings.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gemstones.

- Handle customer queries and build robust customer relationships.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Must be comfortable making calls and speaking with customers.

- Interest in sales and willingness to work towards targets.

- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer handling is preferred.

- Must have a personal laptop/desktop and a stable Wi-Fi connection.
