Role Description This is a full-time Sales Engineer role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home along with in office client visits and office collaboration.

The Sales

Engineer will identify and qualify sales opportunities, conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, and propose solutions that align with customer requirements in chip, scrap, and coolant management.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, supporting tenders, coordinating with internal engineering and production teams,



and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The role will involve providing pre- and post-sales technical support, conducting site visits and application studies, and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and service coordination.

The Sales

Engineer will also monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and contribute feedback to improve products and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand industrial automation and material handling solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and closure.
- Relevant experience in industrial equipment, conveyors, machine tools, or manufacturing solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and layout plans, and translate them into practical solutions.
- Comfort with frequent client interaction, field travel within the region, and working in a hybrid office/field/home environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools, and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
