Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Sales Engineer located in Delhi, India. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, demonstrating product capabilities,



and facilitating solutions tailored to customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include assisting the sales team with technical inquiries, conducting product presentations, managing existing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service.

Qualifications

- Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to understand and solve customer requirements
- Proficiency in technical product demonstrations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the industrial or construction machinery industry is beneficial
