Role Description The Sales Engineer role in Indore is a full-time, on-site position responsible for driving sales of chip, scrap, and coolant management solutions to industrial customers. This role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and presenting solutions that align with client needs and industry standards.

The Sales

Engineer will conduct site visits, collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate solution design,



and provide pre- and post-sales technical support. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales pipeline, responding to inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, supporting installations and commissioning, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. The role also includes market research, participation in industry events, and timely reporting on sales activities and forecasts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand and explain mechanical and industrial automation solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, present solutions clearly, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in industrial equipment, conveyors, machine tools, or metalworking environments.
- Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Candidates should be comfortable with in office client visits, frequent travel within the region, and working on shop floors.
- Candidates should have basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation.
- Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn advanced material handling and automation technologies.
