Role Description As a Sales Development Representative Intern – Hindi Language at FACE Prep, you will support the inside sales team in identifying and engaging prospective students and institutional partners. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, you will conduct outreach calls and messages in Hindi and English, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up meetings or demos for the senior sales team.

You will maintain accurate records in the CRM, share program details, respond to queries about FACE Prep’s offerings,



and help nurture prospective learners through the sales funnel. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and business development teams to execute campaigns, gathering feedback from prospects, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong inside sales and lead generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective learners and partners.
- Candidates should possess solid sales and business development skills to support conversions, build relationships, and align prospects with suitable FACE Prep programs.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, with clear spoken and written abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with CRM tools, basic data entry, and reporting, along with good organizational and time-management skills.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred; prior internship or project experience in sales or education services is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting in Bengaluru, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a professional, respectful approach to diverse learners and stakeholders.
