About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client relationships, coordinating sales activities and ensuring the smooth execution of business commitments.

The role involves managing sales pipelines, tracking leads and opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.





The candidate will work closely with the sales, editorial and events teams to support advertising sales, event sponsorships, exhibition participation and other business initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales coordination, sales operations or client servicing.
- Experience in media, publishing, exhibitions, events or the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
- Robust communication, interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes, lead management and follow-ups.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales trackers.
- Strong organisational, multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
