Job Responsibilities
- Handle sales, installation, servicing, and maintenance of signage and printing machines.
- Knowledge of Flex Printing, Solvent, Eco-Solvent, UV, and Digital Printing Machines.
- Attend customer enquiries, generate leads, and develop recent business opportunities.
- Visit customers and provide product demonstrations.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain printing machines.
- Identify technical issues related to print heads, ink systems, boards, and machine components.
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate with customers for technical support and after-sales service.
- Prepare service reports, sales reports, and customer records.
- Travel to customer locations for installation and servicing.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
