Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IAM Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The candidate should have expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC), identity lifecycle management, access governance, role management, provisioning, and compliance controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow (ISC) solutions.

- Configure and manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.

- Develop and maintain access request and approval workflows.

- Implement automated user provisioning and de-provisioning.

- Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD).

- Perform access certifications, recertification campaigns,



and compliance reporting.

- Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, HRMS, ERP, and cloud applications.

- Develop custom connectors, rules, workflows, and provisioning logic.

- Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents and access governance issues.

- Support internal and external audits related to identity governance.

- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Compliance teams.
