Instaa Precast is looking for an experienced Safety Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental (HSE) operations across our precast manufacturing facility and construction project sites.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in precast construction safety, particularly in lifting, rigging, transportation, and erection of precast concrete elements.

The role involves ensuring workplace safety, regulatory compliance, risk prevention, and implementation of effective HSE practices across factory and project operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Ensure safe lifting, rigging, transportation, and erection of precast concrete elements.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, audits, and emergency drills.
- Review lifting plans, permit-to-work (PTW) systems, and heavy equipment safety procedures.
- Identify workplace hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Maintain safety documentation, incident reports, inspection records, and compliance registers.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.




- Coordinate with project managers, factory teams, contractors, and site supervisors to maintain a robust safety culture.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.E. / Diploma in Engineering with a Diploma in Industrial Safety.
- Experience: 10–15 years in construction or industrial safety, including a minimum of 2–3 years in precast projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in precast erection, heavy lifting operations, rigging, and factory safety.
- Thorough knowledge of lifting plans, permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, and heavy equipment safety.
- Familiarity with applicable EHS regulations and ISO 45001 safety management standards.
- Certifications in First Aid, Fire Safety, or NEBOSH are preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
- Ability to coordinate safety activities across multiple project sites and factory operations.
