Role & responsibilities

- Implement and monitor site HSE plans, policies, and procedures.

- Ensure safety during tower foundation, erection, and conductor stringing activities.

- Monitor work-at-height, electrical safety, lifting, and rigging operations.

- Implement PTW, HIRA, JSA, and risk control measures.

- Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.

- Ensure PPE compliance and protected working practices.

- Investigate incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions.

- Manage emergency response and tower rescue preparedness.

- Monitor subcontractor safety performance and statutory compliance.

- Coordinate with clients and project teams to achieve project safety targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Diploma or bachelors degree in electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related.

- Recognized qualification in Industrial Safety / Occupational Health and Safety.

- ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) from MSBTE (Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education).
