Role Description The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions that streamline business processes for DVK Analytics clients. Day-to-day work includes assessing existing workflows, identifying high-impact automation opportunities, and configuring RPA tools to integrate with analytics platforms such as Sisense. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document process flows, and translate business needs into technical automation specifications.

Responsibilities also include testing and validating bots,



monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and refining automations based on user feedback and operational metrics. The role involves close communication with cross-functional teams to ensure that automation initiatives align with business objectives, data governance standards, and long-term scalability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate workflows, interpret data, and quantify automation impact.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, document processes, and present automation recommendations clearly.
- Candidates should possess Robotics and Process Automation skills, including hands-on experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar tools).
- Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge to map, optimize, and redesign end-to-end workflows across different functional areas.
- Experience integrating RPA solutions with BI or analytics tools (Sisense experience is a plus).
- Relevant technical background, such as a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or .NET) is beneficial.
- Understanding of data security, compliance, and best practices in automation deployment.
