Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Robotic Welding Supervisor to manage and supervise robotic welding operations in a manufacturing workplace. The candidate should have hands-on experience in robotic welding systems, production supervision, quality control, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily robotic welding production activities.
- Monitor robotic welding machines and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle robot programming, setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper welding quality and production standards.
- Monitor welding parameters, cycle time, and productivity.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Identify and resolve welding defects and machine breakdowns.




- Ensure preventive maintenance of robotic welding equipment.
- Manage and guide operators and technicians.
- Maintain production reports, rejection reports, and shift records.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S standards.

Required Skills
- Experience in robotic welding operations.
- Knowledge of MIG / MAG welding processes.
- Basic knowledge of robotic welding programming and troubleshooting.
- Ability to identify welding defects and take corrective action.
- Production planning and team management skills.
- Knowledge of quality standards and industrial safety.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with industrial welding robots such as ABB, FANUC, Yaskawa, or Panasonic.
- Experience in automobile, fabrication, or engineering manufacturing industries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
