Revenue Operations Analyst

Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Chennai & Work from Office

Role summary:

You'll own SurveySparrow's revenue data from end to end: attribution, lead routing, MRR reporting, compensation data and CRM health. You'll also build the automation that keeps it accurate and fast. This is a builder role, not a reporting seat. Success means leadership trusts the numbers, reps act on leads sooner, and every system you own is documented.

Key Responsibilities

- Revenue reporting and SaaS metrics

- Run the monthly MRR bridge (new, expansion, contraction, churn) and reconcile CRM deals against billing
- Report ARR/MRR, NRR, GRR, LTV and cohort retention reporting for leadership
- Help in increasing operational efficiency leveraging our current data system

2. Lead routing and rep enablement
- Design and run lead routing and assignment (CRM workflows, n8n/zapier)
- Support Sales, Post sales & Marketing across inbound & expansion motions
- Maintain the ROE for Sales, CS and Partners

3. Compensation, quota and ICP
- Support quota setting and track attainment by rep and team
- Validate commission data with Finance each cycle
- Own the feedback loop on ICP vs Market definition

4. CRM, data quality and GTM stack
- Administer CRM: properties, workflows, associations, permissions
- Run deduplication, company–domain matching and data governance rules
- Integrate CRM with billing, product and CS tools via APIs and webhooks
- Build AI-assisted automations (LLM agents, MCP connectors) that remove manual work




- Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

- 1-3 years progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Data Analysis, or related analytical roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or quantitative field
- SaaS/Technology industry experience strongly preferred
- Startup to scale-up environment experience valued

Technical Skills & Certifications

- CRM expertise: Advanced workflows, reporting, and automation
- Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker with dashboard creation and DAX experience
- Data analysis proficiency: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (intermediate to advanced level)
- Statistical analysis and predictive modeling for revenue forecasting and churn prediction
- AI tools and techniques proficiency with experience utilizing LLMs for business problem-solving

Nice to have

- n8n, Zapier or Make for cross-tool automation
- Google Apps Script or Java script
