1. Job Summary

Responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring prescription accuracy, providing appropriate medication guidance to customers, maintaining pharmacy inventory, and ensuring compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and organizational policies.
1. Roles & Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions.
- Verify prescriptions, dosage, drug interactions and medication instructions.
- Provide proper guidance to customers regarding medication usage, dosage and precautions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Maintain proper storage conditions for medicines and monitor expiry dates.
- Handle billing, cash collection and POS transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate medicine replenishment.
- Maintain purchase, sales, stock and expiry records.
- Ensure proper handling of Schedule H, H1 and other regulated medicines as applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the pharmacy.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals for prescription-related clarifications.
- Support daily pharmacy operations and achieve assigned business targets.

1. Educational Qualification

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm qualification.




- Must possess a valid Pharmacy Council registration.
- Registered Pharmacist is mandatory.

1. Experience

- Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered.
- Previous experience in retail pharmacy / hospital pharmacy will be an added advantage.
