Duties
- Manage the daily operations of the retail store.
- Drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Lead and manage a team of 30+ employees.
- Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure effective inventory and stock control.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Recruit, train, and support store employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review sales reports and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Robust knowledge of retail operations and financial management.
- Experience managing a team of 30 or more employees.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Willing to relocate to South Africa.
