Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Retail HR Business Partner to partner with our stores and business teams, driving people practices, employee engagement and HR operations across the retail network.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Store Managers and leadership on all people-related matters across stores.
- Own the employee lifecycle onboarding, attendance, performance, transfers, grievances and exits.
- Drive employee engagement, culture and communication across the store teams.
- Support performance management, disciplinary matters and policy implementation.
- Monitor manpower, attrition, absenteeism and employee productivity across stores.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are consistently implemented at the store level.
- Work closely with Store HR teams and managers to identify issues, investigate concerns and drive timely resolutions.
- Support hiring and workforce planning in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance across locations.
- Regularly visit stores and build strong relationships with frontline teams and managers.

Ideal Candidate

- 5–8 years of experience in HRBP / Retail HR / Store HR.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, F&B;, QSR or other frontline businesses preferred.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management and HR operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, approachable and comfortable being on the ground with store teams.
