Job Summary The Restaurant Steward is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests by ensuring proper table setup, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant. The role requires a courteous attitude, good communication skills, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

- Prepare and arrange tables with proper cutlery, crockery, glassware, and napkins.

- Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.

- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

- Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery from tables.





- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.

- Refill water glasses and attend to additional guest requirements.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff, restaurant captains, and other team members.

- Follow hotel service standards, grooming standards, and safety procedures.

- Handle guest complaints politely and report them to the immediate supervisor.

- Assist in buffet setup, restaurant closing, and special functions when required.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of restaurant equipment and service items.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
