We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise the service team, and ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. The candidate should have strong knowledge of restaurant operations, staff supervision, and guest relationship management, with the ability to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.

- Monitor restaurant setup, table arrangements, and service readiness.

- Lead and supervise restaurant service staff, ensuring efficient task allocation.

- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.

- Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.

- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, hygiene, and adherence to service standards.

- Conduct staff briefings and provide on-the-job guidance and training.

- Monitor inventory usage,



service equipment, and restaurant supplies.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.

- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving departmental targets.

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a relevant qualification.

- Previous experience in restaurant operations is mandatory.

- Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.

- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.

- Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
