Overview

PENNEP is looking for a customer-focused and well-presented Restaurant Captain to manage daily restaurant service operations in a 4-star hotel. The candidate will be responsible for supervising service staff, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise restaurant service operations and coordinate with service staff.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and manage table reservations.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Maintain restaurant service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service.
- Manage table setup, billing, and closing procedures.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and follow hotel service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–2 years of experience in restaurant or hotel F&B; operations.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant service etiquette and table management.
- Ability to coordinate and supervise service staff.
- Professional personality and customer-oriented approach.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
