Position: Restaurant Captain

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant floor operations to ensure smooth service.
- Lead and guide stewards and service staff, ensuring proper task allocation.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Take customer orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure timely food and beverage service.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall service standards.
- Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
- Assist in staff training and maintaining service quality.




- Ensure proper billing procedures and support cash handling when required.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and F&B; operations.
- Ability to manage a team and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualified attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
