Your Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily reservation activities, booking confirmations and modifications.
- Prepare quotations and share booking-related information with guests.
- Check property availability, rates and booking calendars.
- Follow up on pending bookings, quotations, payments and guest details.
- Maintain accurate booking records in CRM and reservation systems.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Operations, Guest Relations and Revenue teams.
- Respond to guest enquiries and support the conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain reservation trackers and daily booking reports.





What we are looking for:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in reservations, sales coordination or hospitality will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
