Job Title: Resident Engineer

Experience: 3 to 7 Yrs

Base Location: Chennai/ Bangalore/ Pune

Note: Candidates are willing to travel to Saudi Arabia (I year Min)

- Act as the primary on-site point of contact between Lucid Incoming Quality and assigned suppliers for quality issues affecting incoming parts and materials.
- Coordinate supplier response, containment, sorting, rework, root-cause investigation, corrective actions, and closure of open quality concerns.
- Maintain clear issue status, action ownership, target dates, escalation records, and evidence of completion for assigned supplier concerns.
- Support verification of corrective-action effectiveness and communicate recurring defects, delivery risks, and production-impact concerns to Lucid.
- Automotive supplier quality, resident engineering, manufacturing quality, or launch support experience is required, with robust communication, problem-solving, and structured escalation skills.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
