Role Description The Relationship Manager at Kinetic Age is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with senior clients and their families, understanding their fitness and wellness needs, and ensuring they receive appropriate services and support.

The Relationship

Manager will manage client onboarding, handle inquiries, schedule sessions, and coordinate with trainers to deliver a high-quality client experience. They will monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, resolve concerns, and support retention through proactive communication and service follow-ups.



The role also includes collaborating with internal teams on outreach initiatives, local partnerships, and community engagement to grow the client base.

Qualifications

- Solid client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with seniors and their families.
- Organizational and coordination skills for managing schedules, follow-ups, and documentation in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of fitness, wellness, or healthcare services; prior experience in senior care, health coaching, or allied health is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru, with the ability to travel locally for client visits or partner meetings when needed.
- Proficiency in using digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, communication platforms) to track interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively with trainers and cross-functional teams, while taking ownership of client experience and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, social work, psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages in Bengaluru is beneficial.
