Relationship Managers / Sales Officers MSME & LAP

Location: Vanastalipuram,Medchal,Shadnagar,Bhongir ( Hyderabad and Secunderabad area )

Experience: 1-3 years (freshers with strong sales profile can apply)

Qualification: Any graduate

Key Responsibilities

- Source MSME secured and LAP loan cases through field visits, cold calling, references, DSAs and connectors
- Meet customers, understand their business and funding needs, and explain our loan products
- Collect KYC, income and property documents and log in complete files
- Do basic customer profiling and pre-screening before login
- Follow up with credit, legal and technical teams until disbursement
- Build and maintain a local network of DSAs, connectors, CAs and traders
- Meet monthly login and disbursement targets
- Support collections on your sourced accounts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Relationship Manager: 1-3 years in LAP, MSME, business loans or home loans
- Sales Officer: 1-3 years in loan, insurance or any field sales
- Good knowledge of the local market and small business segments
- Robust communication skills in [local language]; basic English
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
- Target-driven, self-motivated and comfortable with field work
