NONU Life & Wellness is a mental health platform offering online therapy with qualified psychologists. We are recruiting Relationship Manager Interns to support people enquiring about our services and coordinate their booking process.

Eligibility

- Currently pursuing the first or second year of a master’s degree in psychology.
- Clear communication, attentive listening, and skilled phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

- Call people who have enquired about NONU’s services.
- Understand their basic preferences, including language, availability, and the support they are seeking.
- Explain session options, pricing, and the booking process accurately.
- Coordinate with the NONU team for therapist matching and scheduling.
- Follow up on enquiries and assist with bookings.
- Update enquiry records and escalate concerns to the appropriate team member.
- Support informed decisions without pressuring people to book.

Time commitment

Five hours per week,



with either schedule:
- One hour each weekday, Monday to Friday.
- 2.5 hours on Saturday and 2.5 hours on Sunday.

Language preference

Priority will be given to applicants fluent in all three languages: Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil. Applicants proficient in one or two of these languages may also apply.

Compensation

This is a commission-based internship offering 10% commission on bookings attributable to the intern. There is no fixed stipend. Detailed commission eligibility and payment terms will be provided before acceptance.

Role scope

This is a non-clinical client coordination role. Interns will not provide counselling, conduct psychological assessments, or represent themselves as practising psychologists.
- The role provides experience in mental health service coordination, client communication, enquiry management, and booking operations.
