About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Relationship Manager-Disposal to manage dealer onboarding and strengthen dealer relationships across the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the local automobile market, and experience in dealer management or automobile sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard recent dealers across the Mumbai region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer partners.
- Coordinate with dealers for vehicle disposal, procurement, and inventory movement.




- Conduct regular dealer visits to strengthen engagement and business relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact between dealers and internal teams.
- Achieve monthly dealer activation and business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, visits, and business performance.
- Identify opportunities to expand the dealer network and improve dealer productivity.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in dealer management, automobile sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of the Mumbai automobile market and dealer ecosystem.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
