Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and other channels

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job descriptions

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate fit

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring panels

- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate data

- Negotiate salary offers and manage the offer process

- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and report to management

- Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent
