You will be solely responsible in identifying, screening and recruitment of Eligible Life Insurance Advisors. You need to successfully recruit minimum 20 candidates who need to explicit IRDA Exam and start their life insurance business.
Preferred candidate profile
You need to have minimum 5 years of core experience in recruitment of Insurance Advisors and development of the Team.
