Job Summary:

The Field Operations & Engagement Executive will support the planning, coordination, and execution of on-ground initiatives across assigned locations. The role involves stakeholder engagement, field operations, community outreach, vendor coordination, content support, research, and activity monitoring to ensure seamless implementation and impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and execute field activities, outreach programs, and community engagement initiatives.
- Conduct local research, maintain databases,



and gather location-specific insights to support operational planning.
- Manage end-to-end activity execution, including venue assessments, stakeholder coordination, and logistical arrangements.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners, monitor service delivery, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support field implementation through regular site visits, monitoring, and feedback collection.
- Capture and maintain activity reports, photographs, videos, and other documentation.
- Assist in creating localized content, collecting success stories, and coordinating with communication teams.
- Monitor local media, track trends, and identify opportunities for community engagement and awareness initiatives.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, adaptability, and execution excellence in a fast-paced workplace.

Requirements:

- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in dynamic field environments.
- Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and basic digital tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively and support on-ground operations.
