About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager for a retail jewellery showroom in Anishabad, Patna. Candidates must have experience in jewellery retail, team management, showroom operations, and sales target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day showroom operations.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve sales targets and improve showroom performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
- Monitor stock, inventory, and jewellery security.
- Maintain showroom displays and merchandising standards.
- Manage billing, reporting, and daily sales records.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements:

- Minimum 48 years of experience in jewellery retail sales or store management preferred.
- Male and female candidates can apply.
