Building and infrastructure contractors, require a Quantity Surveyor for their ongoing projects.
Key responsibilities
– Quantity take-off from drawings and preparation of BOQ and estimates
– Preparation and submission of client RA bills with measurement records
– Checking and certification of subcontractor and piece-work bills
– Rate analysis, variations, extra items and price escalation claims
– Material reconciliation of cement, steel and other major items
– Cost monitoring against budget and monthly cost reports
Qualification and experience: B.E./B.Tech Civil with 5 to 10 years' experience in contractor-side billing. Knowledge of CPWD, PWD and MoRTH specifications, and proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
