Job Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates for construction and interior projects.
- Analyse architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to calculate material and labour quantities.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, rate analysis, and project budgets.
- Collect and compare quotations from vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Calculate material requirements, labour costs, wastage, and other project expenses.
- Prepare tender documents, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, site engineers, and project managers.
- Monitor project costs and track actual expenses against estimated budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Maintain estimation records, cost sheets, BOQs, and project documentation.





Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Valuable knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and market rates.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and quantity surveying.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate A detail-oriented and responsible professional with practical knowledge of construction estimation, quantity calculation, material costing, and project budgeting. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
