To carry out inspection and quality checks at all stages of foundry manufacturing to ensure castings meet customer specifications, drawings, standards, and internal quality requirements. Identify defects, prevent non-conforming products from moving to the next process, and maintain proper inspection records.

- Conduct 100% visual inspection or sampling inspection as per the control plan.

- Verify casting grade, identification, and customer requirements.

- Check surface finish and dimensional requirements.

- Ensure all defects are properly identified.

- Release accepted castings for the next process or dispatch as authorized.

- Ensure rejected castings are not mixed with accepted materials.

- Maintain daily inspection reports.

- Record rejection and rework details.

- Maintain defect-wise rejection records.





- Prepare inspection check sheets.

- Maintain traceability records.

- Report quality abnormalities to the Quality Supervisor.

- Ensure proper documentation of non-conforming products.

- Knowledge of foundry manufacturing processes.

- Knowledge of casting defects and identification.

- Basic knowledge of metallurgy.

- Engineering drawing reading.

- Knowledge of dimensional inspection.

- Handling of measuring instruments.

- Basic knowledge of chemical and mechanical testing.

- Knowledge of quality inspection procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
