To carry out in-process and final inspection of machined components to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and compliance with customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Identify machining defects, prevent non-conforming components from moving to the next process or reaching customers, and maintain proper inspection records.

- Inspect incoming castings and raw materials received for machining.

- Verify casting identification, grade, and batch traceability.

- Check for visible casting defects such as cracks, blowholes, shrinkage, sand inclusion, and other surface defects.

- Verify material dimensions as per approved drawings.

- Ensure proper identification and segregation of accepted and rejected materials.





- Coordinate with the foundry Quality Department for casting-related abnormalities.

- Conduct final inspection as per approved inspection plans.

- Verify all critical and customer-specified dimensions.

- Check surface finish and machining quality.

- Ensure proper deburring and removal of sharp edges.

- Verify thread quality and hole condition.

- Check component cleanliness and identification.

- Ensure traceability of inspected components.

- Release accepted components for further processing or dispatch as authorized.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
