Role Purpose To conduct routine quality checks and laboratory testing to ensure that beverage products, raw materials, water, and production processes meet defined quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Collect samples and perform routine physical and chemical laboratory tests.

Check quality parameters such as pH, Brix, acidity, and other product-specific specifications.

Monitor the quality of water, raw materials, ingredients, in-process products, and finished goods.

Maintain laboratory records, test reports, calibration records, and quality documentation.

Identify and report quality deviations and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and quality standards.

Handle, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment.





Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain product quality.

Education & Experience

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.

Experience in Quality Control (QC) or laboratory testing is preferred.

Candidates from Beverage, Food Processing, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Freshers with relevant qualifications and practical laboratory knowledge may also be considered.

Key Skills
