Role & responsibilities:

- Perform testing of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, In-process Products and Finished Products.

- Conduct stability studies and process validation activities as per established procedures.

- Perform chemical and instrumental analysis of Raw Materials, In-process Products, Finished Products and Stability Samples.

- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV, FTIR, GC, Dissolution Apparatus, Karl Fischer (KF) and Potentiometer.

- Troubleshoot and resolve analytical instrument-related issues, including HPLC, UV, Dissolution, GC and Karl Fischer equipment.

- Ensure timely completion of analytical testing and documentation in compliance with GMP/GLP requirements.

- Maintain laboratory records, analytical reports and instrument usage logs.

- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-5 years of experience in chemical and instrumental analysis of tablets, capsules, creams, lotions and Raw Materials.

- Hands-on experience in operating HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, Potentiometer, Dissolution Apparatus and other analytical instruments.

- Valuable knowledge of GLP activities and laboratory documentation.
