Role Overview:

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of work delivered by employees, ensuring that company processes, standards, and performance expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and evaluate employee performance and quality of work.
2. Conduct regular quality checks on calls, emails, reports, and customer interactions.
3. Identify errors, gaps, and areas of improvement in employee output.
4. Ensure employees follow company processes, SOPs, and guidelines.
5. Provide constructive feedback and recommend corrective actions.
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
7. Track recurring mistakes and work towards reducing them.
8. Coordinate with team leaders and department heads to improve team performance.

Conduct periodic audits to ensure consistency and compliance.
10. Recommend training and development wherever quality standards are not met.
