Responsibilities

- Raw Material Incoming Inspection: Inspect incoming materials, components, and outsourced parts against purchase specifications and engineering drawings before shop-floor release.

- In-Process Quality Monitoring: Conduct routine checks during manufacturing stages (machining, welding, fabrication, or assembly) to catch deviations early.

- Final Outgoing Inspection: Perform thorough dimensional and visual checks on finished products prior to dispatch to ensure 100% compliance with client requirements.

- Precision Measurement: Accurately utilize precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators.

- Defect Control NCR: Identify non-conforming items, tag rejected parts, isolate them in designated scrap/rework zones,



and report root causes to the Production Manager.

- Quality Documentation: Maintain daily inspection logs, QA checklists, material test reports, and update digital logs using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
