Quality Assurance (Market Complaints)

Preferred candidate profile

- Responsible for Vendor related activities.
- Responsible for tracking of vendor audits and its documentation.
- Responsible for reviewing and maintaining vendor documents like audit schedule, vendor code list, material code list etc.
- Responsible to perform Vendor/External Agencies audit.
- Responsible for handling of internal audits, Regulatory Audits and coordinating the activities related to external audits.
- Responsible to handle Vendor change notifications.
- Responsible to maintain the records of agreements signed with Vendors.
- Responsible for preparation of Quality Technical Agreements of Vendors.
- Responsible for the Preparation and Review of SOPs.
- Responsible for Handling of Market complaint, Product Recall.
- Responsible to perform Self Inspection as Co-Auditor.
- Responsible to initiate Change control, CAPA, Deviation and Incident as per requirement and complete the assigned task on defined time.
- Responsible for Approval of Short expiry and MRP in ERP as per requirement.

1. Responsible for reviewing of Annual Product quality review and Continuous process verification.

- Responsible for preparation of Quality Technical Agreements of customers/clients/external labs.





- Responsible to maintain the records of agreements signed with customers/clients/external labs.
- Responsible for handling, troubleshooting and compliance of Software applications which are maintained by QA.
- Responsible to perform/review the audit trial of QA software.
- Responsible to coordinate with concerned department and customer and provide required documents for submission of products in different markets.
- Responsible for reviewing Artworks, Shade cards and bill of material
- Responsible for allotting material code, generic code, finish product code, vendor code etc. as per request given by user department.
- Responsible for creating, authorization and Blocking of Item Code in ERP as per request.
- Responsible for allotment of Equipment ID as per request given by user department.
- Responsible to provide required documents to apply COPP, Mfg. license and product permission
- Responsible to maintain the photocopy record of COPP, Mfg. license, regulatory certificates and product permission.
- Responsible to provide compliance with coordination with related CFTs in respect of audit observations and ensure to track and complete the compliance within provided timeline.
