We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Quality qualified to lead QA/QC operations at our Daman manufacturing unit.

Position Details

- Designation: Manager – Quality (QA/QC)
- Experience: 8–12 Years
- Qualification: B.Sc. / PGDM / PGD-PPT
- Salary: 80,000 – 90,000 per month
- Work Location: SSF Plastics India Ltd., Survey No. 54/1 to 54/7 and Survey No. 53/2, Plot No. 19 to 25 and 25A, Silver Industrial Estate, Village Bhimpore, Nani Daman – 396210.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall QA/QC operations, including incoming, in-process and finished product inspection.
- Perform IPQC checks during injection moulding, injection blow moulding, printing and assembly.
- Monitor critical parameters such as dimensions, weight, colour, sealing, torque and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, pharmaceutical packaging standards and SOPs.
- Handle line clearance, sampling, IPQC reports, deviations, CAPA and change control.
- Manage customer complaints,



root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Conduct laboratory testing, calibration and validation of quality instruments.
- Lead internal, external and customer audits.
- Ensure implementation of QMS and support new product, process and mould validation.
- Train, guide and supervise the quality team.

Technical Knowledge Required

- Knowledge of PET, HDPE, PP, LLDPE and PC materials.
- Experience in Injection Moulding and Injection Blow Moulding processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of Vernier Calliper, Micrometer, Thickness Gauge, Torque Tester, Seal Tester, Colour Spectrophotometer, I.V. Tester and MFI Machine.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 15378, BRC and FSSC standards.
- Experience in pharmaceutical packaging quality systems and documentation.
