Job Purpose To ensure the quality and reliability of electrical panels through inspection, electrical testing, drawing verification, and compliance with applicable IEC standards and customer requirements.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality inspections of electrical panels during manufacturing and before dispatch.
- Conduct routine electrical tests, including insulation resistance, dielectric withstand, continuity, and functional testing, as applicable.
- Carry out Pre-FAT and FAT activities and prepare test reports and inspection records.
- Verify power and control wiring, busbar connections, component ratings, earthing, and panel workmanship against approved drawings.
- Review SLDs, GA drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD.
- Identify quality issues, coordinate with design and production teams, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IEC 61439 and IEC 60947 standards and project-specific requirements.
- Maintain inspection checklists,



test reports, non-conformance records, and quality documentation.
- Support customer inspections, site testing, and commissioning activities when required.

3. Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of electrical panel testing and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and electrical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of PCC, PMCC, MCC, VFD, and PLC panels.
- Understanding of electrical safety and quality inspection procedures.
- Valuable communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

4. Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of EPLAN Electric P8 for reviewing electrical schematics and wiring diagrams will be an added advantage.
- Experience in LT panel manufacturing and customer FAT.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality procedures and customer-specific standards.

5. Candidate Profile Candidates should have 24 years of relevant experience in electrical panel inspection and testing, with the ability to interpret electrical drawings, conduct routine tests, and coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure product quality.
