Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Test Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in software testing, preferably with hands-on experience in ERP systems within the Retail domain. The ideal candidate should have strong testing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand business requirements and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Validate ERP applications, particularly those related to retail business processes.
- Identify, document, track, and report software defects.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Perform end-to-end testing of retail ERP modules and workflows.
- Ensure application quality, functionality, and performance meet business expectations.
- Participate in client discussions, requirement clarifications, and testing status meetings.




- Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.

Required Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in Software QA / Manual Testing.
- Hands-on experience with ERP applications, preferably in the Retail domain.
- Positive understanding of retail business processes and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Experience in functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Familiarity with defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on Retail ERP implementations or applications.
- Exposure to retail processes such as inventory management, sales, purchasing, billing, and order management.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients.

Candidate Preference
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
- Candidates with strong Retail ERP testing experience.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
