Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled QA/QC Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in IT or SaaS-based products. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, identifying bugs, validating features, and delivering a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual testing of web applications and SaaS-based products.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, track, and report bugs and technical issues.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UI/UX teams to resolve issues.
- Validate APIs and backend functionality using tools such as Postman.
- Ensure product performance, usability, and reliability.
- Maintain test documentation and quality reports.
- Participate in sprint planning,



product releases, and testing cycles.
- Ensure the product meets business requirements and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Software QA/QC or Software Testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing and software testing methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Postman, and bug-tracking tools.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Understanding of API testing and web application testing.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with SaaS-based products.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Understanding of cloud-based applications and product deployment cycles.
